Why I Chose CMU: "I chose CMU for a variety of reasons. The campus itself is very beautiful and is located in a great area that provides opportunities for hiking. Another huge factor was the fact that my sister had attended CMU and loved every second of it. She made some incredible friends and also received a strong education. Since my sister was at the school, I made many trips to Grand Junction and the town became a place I wanted to live in. The main reason I chose the school though was for the coaches and the girls. Whenever I was in the gym, I noticed the competitive atmosphere and the desire all the girls had to get better. The girls are so welcoming and I bonded with them very quickly."
