2019: RMAC Academic Honor Roll...Played in all 11 games...Led the team in tackles with 84...Had a season-high 13 tackles and an interception at home against Fort Lewis on October 12...Had 10 tackles and a game-saving interception in the season opener against South Dakota Mines on September 7...Had two tackles for loss and a forced fumble in the season finale against New Mexico Highlands on November 16.

2018: RMAC All-Academic First Team...Played in all 11 games...Finished second on the team with 66 total tackles...Had a season-high 12 tackles on three seperate occasions...Had 12 tackles with two going for a loss against CSU-Pueblo on October 13...Had 12 tackles, two tackles for loss and a hurry against Adams State on November 3.

2017: Redshirt

High School: Earned first-team all-conference and all-area honors in 2016...An academic all-state selection.

Personal: Majoring in Biochemistry...Son of Melissa Longuil and Brian Matalus...Has a younger brother and sister...Chose CMU for the academic and athletic opportunities...Enjoys video games and cooking.
