ST. CHARLES, Mo. – The fourth-ranked Colorado Mesa women's wrestling team dropped just one bout in a 33-6 win over the Lindenwood Lions on Friday evening in Hyland Arena in the first event of their trip to the St. Louis area.

Isabeau Shalack earned a takedown and was able to crank over Melena Jones for a pin at the 1:14 point of the bout.

Jennesis Martinez wrestled up a weight to 109 pounds and earned a nice 10-4 decision victory over Valerilla Mamleeva.
Zoe Gress also earned a decision victory at 155 pounds over Julianna Moreno 12-4.
The Mavericks will compete in the McKendree Bearcat Scramble on Sunday in Lebanon, Ill.
