Complete Notes for the RMAC Tournament
RMAC TOURNAMENT AT A GLANCE
The Rocky Mountain Athletic Conference regular season championship came down to the last game of the regular season with Colorado Mesa defeating Colorado Mines 4-3. The Mavericks will host the tournament at Suplizio Field from May 12-14. The winner of the tournament receives an automatic bid into the NCAA South Central Region Tournament.
Colorado Mesa is the only lock to make the NCAA Tournament at this point and is in position to host the tournament next week at Suplizio Field. Colorado Mines has been in the rankings all year but slipped to the No. 7 spot last week and probably needs to win the tournament or get to the championship to get in.
CSU-Pueblo and Adams State are also on the outside looking in for a NCAA Tournament bid. CSU-Pueblo has the offense to cause problems for teams in the tournament led by RMAC Player of the Year in Jordan Godman while the Grizzlies feature a tough one-two at the top of their rotation in Bailey Garcia and Josh Keaton.
