The Mavs lead the first half in shots 15-14, and held a 7-6 edge in ground balls. Turnovers were a struggle for the Mavs in first half with 12 turnovers compared to seven for Regis.

The second half was a struggle for the Mavs with elongated Regis possessions.

Regis outshot the Mavs in the second half 20-9. The Rangers also scooped up more ground balls in the second half (10-6).
