PUEBLO, COLO. – The CSU-Pueblo women's soccer team scored a pair of first half goals to defeat Colorado Mesa University 2-0 Friday (Oct. 21).
Danielle Dondelinger scored her first goal of the season in the 24
th minute off a scramble in the box.
Laikyn Koss recorded her seventh goal of the season off a cross from Karley Whiteman in the 28
th minute.
Katelyn Houston made three saves on five shots in goal for CMU.
The Thunderwolves dominated play offensively out-shooting the Mavericks 11-3.
Colorado Mesa (7-6-2, 5-4-1) will play at New Mexico Highlands Oct. 23.
