Ashley Eickhoff scored her 100
th career for Colorado Mesa in a 20-6 win over CSU-Pueblo Saturday (April 11).
Eickhoff scored five goals in the game and has 103 for her career.
Jenny Lange also scored five goals for the Mavericks and had one assist for a game-high six points.
CMU had 10 different players record a point in the win.
The Thunderwolves scored the first goal of the contest exactly one minute into the game, but the Mavericks scored seven straight and led 9-2 at halftime.
CMU outscored CSUP 11-4 in the second half.
Mesa led in shots (31-23) and draw controls (17-11).
Jillian Pfeifer picked up the win for CMU making five saves and allowing two goals.
Kady Herzog made four saves and allowed two goals in 30 minutes of relief work.
Colorado Mesa improved to 7-5 overall and 2-3 in the RMAC. CMU will play at Westminster April 18
th.
