CANYON, Texas - The Colorado Mesa University softball team dropped a pair of games Saturday (Feb. 14).Â
Colorado Mesa dropped a 10-1 decision to Angelo State and a 16-7 loss to Texas Woman's.Â
Angelo State scored 10 runs on 12 hits. Mesa scored one run on two hits and committed four errors.Â
Texas Woman's scored 16 runs on 17 hits. CMU scored seven runs, including five in the fifth, on eight hits.Â
Makayla Kovac went 2-2 with one double, one RBI and one run scored.Â
Brooke Hodgson hit 2-3 with one RBI and one run scored.Â
CMU (4-6) will close the weekend with a pair of games Sunday (Feb. 15).Â
