Box Score GUNNISON, Colo. – Colorado Mesa allowed a lone second half goal in a 1-0 loss to the Western State Mountaineers on Sunday afternoon in a Rocky Mountain Athletic Conference women's soccer match at Gateway Field.
 
Mountaineer Sadie Stark scored the lone goal of the match at the 52:11 mark. The goal was unassisted and shot from just outside the 18 yard box.
 
The Mavericks got off five shots in the match with three coming on goal.
 
Colorado Mesa will be back on the road next weekend with a pair of matches over on the Front Range against Regis and MSU Denver.
