HISTORY WITH THE T-WOLVES
The Mavericks and Thunderwolves have been bitter rivals for the past 10+ years. They went 4-2 last season against the Pack including a win in the RMAC Tournament. They also picked up a 7-2 win over CSUP in Denver just last week.

The Mavericks finished the month of March 15-3. They swept three home series and went 12-0 at home. They also went 14-2 against the RMAC. As a team, they batted .371, fielded .975 and had a 3.02 ERA with 118 strikeouts to only 33 walks.

MULTI-HIT GAMES
Senior Outfielder Austin Kaiser has played in and started 27 games this season. In those 27 games, he has a hit in 22 of those games. Of those 22 games he has a hit in, he has had multiple hits in 19 of those games. Kaiser has had seven games where he has had three or more hits.

MAGIC NUMBERS
Six seems to be the magic number for the Mavericks this season. When Colorado Mesa scores six or more runs they are 15-2 this season. They are 19-4 when they can scratch across a run before their opponents as well.

SLAMMING THE DOOR
The duo of Dakota Behr and Garrett Carpenter have been manning the mound in the eighth and ninth innings this season. The two have combined for eight saves in 15.2 innings of work. They have allowed 11 hits and have struck out 12 without walking anyone.

BIGGEST LITTLE CITY IN THE WORLD
Junior left hander Ryan Reno has gotten the start the past two weekends and has dealt. Reno has a 0.69 ERA in his two starts with two walks and eight strikeouts. The Parker, Colo. native has scattered 13 hits and opponents have hit just .250 on him.

MATTY A ALL DAY
Sophomore righty Matt Allen has made great strides from his freshman season to now. The Fort Collins, CO native ranks second in all of Division II with a 23:1 strikeout-to-walk ratio and ranks in the top half of the country with a 1.80 ERA.

Colorado Mesa will be back home in the friendly confinds of Suplizio Field for a four-game series with the Metro State Roadrunners. The series begins on Friday April 11 at 6:05pm.
