Box Score GRAND JUNCTION, Colo. –
Kyle Davis pitched Colorado Mesa to an 11-2 win over the Regis Rangers on Monday afternoon at Suplizio Field. Davis and the Mavericks completed a four-game sweep of the Rangers and improved to 10-3 on the season and 5-1 in the Rocky Mountain Athletic Conference.
Davis pitched six shutout innings and allowed just three hits while striking out five. After allowing three first inning hits, Davis retired the next 15 Ranger batters in order.
Every player in the starting lineup had at least one hit in the game.
Austin Kaiser continued his torrid weekend at the plate. Kaiser finished the game 2-for-3 with two runs scored and his second homerun of the season. He finished the weekend batting over .700 with eight runs scored.

Kevin Mitchell each finished the game with two hits as well.
The Mavericks will be back in action next weekend when they take on the Colorado Mines Orediggers at Suplizio Field.
