GUNNISON, Colorado – Colorado Mesa and Western State Colorado played to a 0-0 draw on Friday afternoon in a Rocky Mountain Athletic Conference women's soccer match at Gateway Field.
 
The Mavericks outshot the Mountaineers in the match 14-9 and had more shots on goal with 4-1.
 
Emma Thompson and Haley Glassy each took three shots in the match and had one shot on goal.
 
Senior goalkeeper picked up her second shutout of the season, making one save and facing nine shots.
 
The Mavericks record stands at 0-6-3 on the season and 0-3-2 in the RMAC while Western State Colorado remains unbeaten at 5-0-4 on the year and 2-0-3 in the conference.
 
Colorado Mesa will face the UCCS Mountain Lions on Sunday in Colorado Springs at 1:30pm.
