Box Score DENVER, Colorado - The Colorado Mesa women's soccer team allowed a season-high five goals in a 5-0 loss to the Regis Rangers on Sunday afternoon at Regis Match Pitch. The Mavericks fall to 0-11-3 on the season while the Rangers improve to 10-3-1 this year.
Regis scored three goals in the first half and two in the second. Ranger's Sid Otto and Catherine Anger each scored two goals in the match with both of Otto's goals coming in the first half.
Colorado Mesa had nine shots in the game with four of them coming on goal.
Kendra Penchoff led the Mavericks with three shots and one shot on goal.
The Mavericks will be at home on Wednesday evening with a match against Western State Colorado at 7:00pm at Walker Field.
