PROVO, Utah – Colorado Mesa posted nine top-three finishes in a 216-64 dual meet loss at BYU Saturday (Oct. 27).
Jarren Brinton finished second in the 1,000 (10:06.50), and
Tyler Kaslik was third (10:08.65).
CMU also finished second and third in the 100 back.
Rob Eisendrath was second in 55.17, and
Drake Mendelson was third (57.33).
Kent Olson-Stavrakas finished third in both the 100 (47.76) and 200 free (1:48.70).
Peter Szekely finished third in the 50 free (21.86), and
Brock Martin was third in one-meter diving (289.20).
Mesa's 200 free relay of
Justin Hastings, Kent Olson-Stavrakas,
Rob Eisendrath and Josh Scheuermann was second in 1:25.96.
The 400 medley relay team of
Justin Hastings,
Brett Lowe,
Zachary Andregg,
Kent Olsen-Stavrakas finished fourth in 3:32.89.
The men's swim team will face Adams State Nov. 2 in Alamosa.
