Western New Mexico (13-11, 9-6 RMAC) swept Colorado Mesa University (9-16, 4-11 RMAC) 3-0 (25-22, 25-21, 25-13) in Rocky Mountain Athletic Conference action Friday night at Brownson Arena.

CMU finished with 32 kills and 30 errors in three sets. Rebecca Sellers and Kelly Regimbal led the team with 8 kills each. Sellers registered 3 service aces, 5 digs and 1 block assist.

Sunni Rae Baird finished with 21 assists, 5 digs and 1 service ace.

Western New Mexico was led by Angelina Pulu's game high 12 kills. Pulu hit .478 with just 1 error on 23 attempts. She recorded 5 digs, 3 block assists and 2 service aces.

WNMU hit .244 and tallied 8 blocks.

CMU will host New Mexico Highlands Saturday night at 7 pm.
