Kelly Regimbal's game high 15 kills and 10 digs led Colorado Mesa University to a 3-0 (25-21, 25-17, 25-21) sweep at Western State College Saturday night. CMU improves to 9-15 overall and 4-10 in league action. The loss dropped the Mountaineers to 6-16 overall and 3-11 in RMAC play.

Regimbal posted a double-double (15 kills, 10 digs) and added three blocks in the 3-set match. She hit .306 and committed just four errors in 36 attempts.

Haleigh Higgins finished with 10 kills and nine digs. Megan Rush finished with a game high 24 digs. Sunni Rae Baird recorded 34 assists, 13 digs and one solo block.

CMU sits in fifth place in the RMAC West Division and will host Western New Mexico and New Mexico Highlands this weekend. The two teams are in third and fourth place respectively with CMU looking to climb in to the top four in the west division to advance to the post-season tournament.
