CMU (7-13, 2-8) fell to host Colorado School of Mines in three sets (18-25, 15-25, 18-25) Thursday night in Golden. The #24-ranked Orediggers (14-5, 8-2) hit .372 recording 44 kills and just nine errors in 94 attempts.

Rebecca Sellers led the Mavericks with 11 kills and Antoinette McCormick finished with eight kills and one block assist.

CMU will travel to #6-ranked University of Nebraska-Kearney Friday night in Kearney. Saturday CMU will close out the three-match weekend at Chadron State.
