Mesa State women's swim team defeated University of Colorado 202-43 and RMAC foe Colorado Mines 170-118 at the Bill & Peggy Foster Duals at the El Pomar Natatorium on the campus of Mesa State College.
The Mavericks fell to Division I University of New Mexico 212-50 and University of Northern Colorado 225-63.
Jaclyn McMillen finished second in the 100 backstroke in 1:01.47. McMillen placed fifth in the
200 backstroke in a time of 2:15.34.
Kelly Hogan was fourth in the 200 free in a time of 2:00.22.
Katie Wedel recorded three top nine finishes; seventh in the 200 breaststroke, eighth place in the 1000-yard free and ninth in the 100 breaststroke.
The Mesa men and women combined to defeat University of Colorado 426.00-111.00 and Colorado School of Mines 321.00-265.00.
