Antoinette McCormick and Sarah Kemp registered 12 kills each in the Mavericks three set sweep over Westminster College (Utah). MSC (10-6) defeated the Griffins (8-8) 25-15, 25-20, 25-21 in a non-conference matchup Thursday night, extending their win streak to five matches.

McCormick hit .409 in the match and Kemp tallied six and five kills in the second and third set respectively.

Senior setter Tara King finished with 37 assists, four kills and one block assist.

Whitney Howard had a game high 21 digs. Meagan Bosch recorded 13 digs, eight kills and two service aces. Megan Rush finished with two of the teams' five service aces and added six digs.

Westminster was led by Clotile Harris' 11 kills and two service aces.

MSC will resume league play Saturday versus Adams State and Sunday against Fort Lewis College. Both matches at Brownson Arena start at 4 p.m.
