MSC had four players reach double digits led by Mike Dominguez's game high 22 points as the #24-ranked Mavs improved to 11-1 overall and 5-0 in RMAC action Friday night.
MSC shot 54.2 percent (26-48) from the floor including 11 of 23 from beyond the arc. Dominguez and Brian Kenshalo had four treys each and Sean Flohr went 3 for 6 from the 3-point line. Kenshalo finished with 12 points and Flohr had 9 points off the bench.
Lance Fite was a perfect 5 for 5 from the field and 2 for 2 from the foul line for his 12 points.
Jas Herl finished with 10 points and a team high seven rebounds. Herl and Dominguez had four assists each. Ryan Mortensen recorded a game high five assists.
MSC led 40-24 at halftime and led by as many as 25 points with 10:25 remaining in regulation.
Chadron State shot 42 percent (21-50) from the field including 10 of 26 from the 3-point line. Seven of the Eagles 10 treys were in the second half. CSC was led by Christian McGhee's 10 points.
MSC will play at Neb.-Kearney Saturday night at 7 p.m. (MST).
