The Mavericks volleyball team extended its streak to four,  sweeping Western State College (25-16, 25-22, 25-19) Saturday night in Gunnison. MSC is 4-0 in league play and improves to 6-5 overall.

                Meagan Bosch (So., OH, 6'0, Clifton, CO) led all players with 12 kills and just one hitting error in 24 attempts, hitting a season high .458 against the Mountaineers. Alisan Tompkins (Jr., OH, 5'10, Grand Junction, CO) finished with 11 kills and six digs. Corinne Cascioppo (Fr., RS, 6'3, Temecula, CA) recorded 10 kills and one block solo.

Tara King (So., S, 5'9, Steamboat Springs, CO) tallied 41 assists and 11 digs. MSC had three players with double digit digs; King, Meredith Dolny (Jr., L, 5'9, Moscow, ID) (14) and Ashley Loftsgard (Sr., L, 5'5, Granby, CO) (13).

MSC will take their perfect league record on the road this weekend for a Friday night match-up at CSU-Pueblo. Saturday night the Mavericks will play at Adams State
