Four players notched double digit kills including a double-double by Alisan Tompkins (Jr., 5'10, OH, Grand Junction, CO) in the Mavericks four set (25-16, 25-18, 25-27, 25-22) match victory over visiting Western State College at Brownson Arena. 

                Jessica Bird (Sr., 5'10, MB, Honolulu, HI) and Gabrielle Lovato (Jr., 5'10, OH, Austin, CO) had a game high 14 kills each with Bird hitting a game high .458. Tompkins added 13 kills and 11 digs and Tessa Andrews (Jr., 5'11, RS, Durango, CO) added 12 kills (.400 hitting percentage), one block solo and one block assist.

                Tara King (So., 5'9, S, Steamboat Springs, CO) recorded a game high 54 assists, had two kills and six digs in the match. Ashley Loftsgard (Sr., 5'5, L, Granby, CO) and Meredith Dolny (Jr., 5'9, L, Moscow, ID) each tallied a game high 13 digs.
