MSC volleyball team dropped a five set match to visiting Metro State College Friday night at Brownson Arena. The Roadrunners won set one (25-16) and two (25-23) and MSC rallied back to take the next two sets (25-16, 25-17) to force a fifth set.  Metro jumped out to a 7-1 lead as the Mavericks tallied eight errors in the final set, falling 15-6.
                MSC had three players reach double digit kills including a game high 16 kills from Corinne Cascioppo. Meagan Bosch and Gabrielle Lovato added 12 and 11 kills respectively.
                Metro State finished with 11 blocks in the match and recorded six kills and zero errors in the final set. Bri Morley led the way for Metro with 12 kills.
                MSC will host Regis on Saturday afternoon at 3 p.m.
