Mesa State swim team competed at the Colorado College meet Friday afternoon against host, Colorado College and McMurry (TX).

Christina Lindell (Fr., Jackson Hole, WY) placed first in the 1000 yard freestyle with a time of 12:39.31. In the 100 yard breaststroke, Lindell finished fourth (1:22.14).

Grand Junction native, Tanya Krabacher, placed second in the 100 yard butterfly in a time of 1:09.02. Teammate, Kristen Peterson (Jackson Hole, WY) finished fourth in the event (1:14.00). Krabacher finished third in the 200 yard freestyle (2:13.96).

Nicole Levine (Arvada, CO) and Lauren Grumley (Ft. Collins, CO) placed sixth and seventh respectively in the 100 yard freestyle. Levine finished fifth in the 200 yard freestyle and Grumley, sixth in the 50 yard freestyle.

MSC will be off until their winter trip to La Jolla, Calif., in early January.
