2024-25 (Redshirt Freshman): Recorded a 6-9 overall record… Was a spot starter at 157 pounds… Also competed in two early season tournaments at 149 pounds… Went 2-1 in duals, claiming a pair of wins on Jan. 11 during the Tracy Borah Duals… Was named as a NWCA Scholar All-American and to the RMAC All-Academic Honor Roll.

2023-24 (Freshman): Redshirt season… Wrestled unattached in four tournaments at 149 and 157 pounds… Went a combined 10-7 placing second at the Rocky Mountain Collegiate Open to cap the year.

Prep: 2023 graduate of Rock Canyon High School… Was a 2-time placer and 4-time state tournament qualifier for coach Tim Hill and the Jaguars… Was a 4-time regional finalist… Posted a 105-16 career record, including a 29-2 mark as a senior.

Personal: Is majoring in exercise science… Wants to become a physical therapist… Son of Donald and Angela Mobly… Has three older siblings— Ashlea, Curtis and Brett… Enjoys competing in different sports, hanging out with friends and family and sleeping.

Why I Chose CMU: “I liked the coaching staff, especially Coach (Mike) Mendoza and Coach Bo (Pipher). It was close to home and offers a lot of different majors and minors.”
