2024-25: Went 12-2 in the first half of the season before missing the spring semester due to injury… Placed third in the Elite Division at the Nebraska-Kearney Younes Hospitality Open and sixth at the Midwest Classic… Won his first three matches at that tournament before sustaining his injury in the fourth match… Recorded eight of his wins by fall, all in the first period… Was 4-0 in dual meets during the fall semester.
2023-24: Missed the season due to injury.
2022-23: Finished the year with a 20-9 record while qualifying for the NCAA Division II Championships after taking second at the Super Regional VI Championships with a 3-1 record… Wrestled at 157 pounds… Posted a 7-3 record in duals, including a 4-2 mark against conference foes… Earned Second Team All-RMAC honors while helping the Mavs to an undefeated RMAC dual meet season and conference title… Also Went 3-1 at the NWCA National Duals… Had 12 wins by fall…. Rattled off four straight en route to a third place finish at the Midwest Classic… Defeated second-ranked Nate Smith in the consolation semifinals at that tournament… Also had three wins by fall in the Elite Division at the Younes Hospitality UNK Open.
2021-22: NCAA All-American at 157 pounds after finishing in third place at the NCAA National Championships...Was the Gorriarian Award WInner at the NCAA Championships after finishing the tournament with the most falls in the least amount of time...All-RMAC Second Team...Finished the season with a 23-7 overall record... Handed NCAA National Champion Josiah Rider his only two losses of the season.Â
2020-21: Helped the Mavericks win the RMAC Championship as he competed in the NCAA Super Region VI tournament at 149 pounds...Finished his first collegiate season with a 2-5 record...Lone contested win came against Colorado School of Mines' Daniel Caddy at 157 pounds, a pin at 1:14...Dropped both matches of the Regional Tournament.
HIGH SCHOOL: Wrestled for the Vikings of Curtis High School and coach Shawn Gaspaire...Two-time Washington State Champ.
