2024-25 (Redshirt Junior): Finished the year with a 9-4 record, competing in open tournaments and in dual meet extra matches… Eight of his wins came by fall… Named to the RMAC All-Academic Honor Roll.

2023-24 (Redshirt Sophomore): Went 12-5 in tournaments and in extra matches of dual meets… Recorded ten wins by fall… Won the Western Colorado Open after taking second at the Mines Rooke Open… Capped the year by finishing sixth at the Rocky Mountain Collegiate Open.

2022-23 (Redshirt Freshman): Finished 12-13 as the Mavs’ primary starter at 285 pounds… Had a 5-7 record in dual meets, including at 4-2 mark in RMAC affairs… Won nine matches by fall.

2021-22 (Freshman): Redshirt season… Went 2-3 while wrestling unattached at the Colorado Mesa Open.

Personal: Majoring in Business...Son of Jerod and Sharon Samuelson...Has two siblings, Brady and Colby... Brady is also on the Maverick squad... Chose CMU for the academic opportunities.
