As a Sophomore (2010-2011): National Wrestling Coaches Association All-Academic Team…Finished the season 6-8 with 2 falls…Competed in the Wyoming Cowboy Open, Old Chicago Northern Colorado Open, UNK Loper Open and the Utah Valley Open.
As a Redshirt Freshman (2009-2010): Wrestled in the Utah Valley University Open where he went 2-2.
As a Freshman (2008-2009): Finished the season with a 3-5 record…Competed in the Wyoming Cowboy Open, UNC Old Chicago Open, Ft. Hays State Open, and the Rocky Mountain Invite.
At Platte Valley High School: Four-year letterwinner…Four-time state qualifier…5th at State in ’07 and 2nd in ’08...FBLA…FCCLA vice president…National Honors Society treasurer.
Personal: Majoring in Sports Management…Son of Randy and Judy Cass…Chose CMU for its location and wrestling program…Enjoys hunting, fishing, and four-wheeling.
