2024-25: Finished the year with a 15-9 record while qualifying for the NCAA Division II Championships.. Went 3-1 and placed third at the Super Regional VI Championships to earn the trip to Indianapolis… Won his first seven matches of 2025 as part of an 8-match winning streak and 11 out of 12 stretch heading into nationals… Posted a solid 7-2 record in duals, including a 4-0 record against RMAC opponents… Earned First Team All-RMAC honors… Had four wins by fall and four other victories by major decision…. Went 4-2 to place seventh at the Midwest Classic.
2023-24: Went 25-9 as the Mavs’ 197-pound starter… Qualified for the NCAA Tournament after placing third at the NCAA Super Region VI Championships… Also finished sixth at both the Midwest Classic and in the elite division of the Younes Hospitality UNK Open… Started the year with a second place finish at the Mines Rookie Open… Posted a 9-1 dual meet record, including a 7-1 mark in conference duals… Earned Honorable Mention All-RMAC honors.
2022-23: Redshirt season… Did not wrestle.
2021-22: Posted a 14-6 record while wrestling at 285 pounds… Won his last five full matches before suffering a season-ending injury in the Western Colorado dual on Feb. 16… Won six matches by pin… Was 4-2 in dual meets.
2020-21: Helped the Mavericks to a RMAC Championship after competing at 285 pounds during the NCAA Super Region VI Tournament...Finished his freshman season with a 5-5 record...First collegiate win came in his first collegiate match, a 3-0 win over eventual region champion Lee Herrington of Nebraska-Kearney...Went 2-2 to finish third at the NCAA Super Region VI Tournament.
HIGH SCHOOL: Wrestled for the Jackrabbits of Victor Valley High School and coach CT Campbell.
