2025 (As a Sophomore): Played in four games, making one start as the designated player in the season-opener against Texas Woman's on Jan. 31... Went 0-for-4 with one walk throughout the season.

2024 (As a Freshman): Played in 16 games, making three starts as the designated player… Was mostly used as a pinch hitter… Went 3-for-22 (.136) at the plate… Also drew one walk while scoring a run and driving in two… Both of those came in a 2-for-3 game against CSU Pueblo in the regular season finale, her final appearance… Finished with a .174 on-base percentage… Recorded two putouts in her lone defensive appearance at first base against Chadron State (Apr. 6), remaining in the game after drawing a pinch-hit walk… Recorder her first collegiate hit and run scored on Mar. 11 at UCCS in what was her second start.

Prep: 2023 graduate of Silverado High School… Hit a team-high .477 with 42 hits and 33 RBIs as a senior in 2023 for Coach Teresa Ostolaze and the Skyhawks… Also went 10-4 with 176 strikeouts en-route to pitcher of the year and Nevada Player of the Week honors… Was a First Team All-Southern Nevada selection.

Personal: Is majoring in nursing… Wants to work in the NICU labs and be a nurse… Daughter of Craig and Katie Maldonado… Has two younger siblings— Paisley and Chase… Enjoys to work out and hangout with friends.
