2021 Outdoor (Redshirt Sophomore): Posted a career-best time of 59.29 seconds to place third in the 400 meters in her only individual race of the season at the Maverick Multi & Open… Also helped the Mavs win the 4x400-meter relay with a time of 3:53.63 that day (Mar. 27)… That time is fourth fastest in program history... Named to the RMAC All-Academic Honor Roll.

2021 Indoor (Junior): Competed in all four meets of CMU’s regular season, including the RMAC Championships… Finished ninth in the 800 meters at the conference meet with a time of 2:21.54 after running a slightly quicker career-best of 2:21.39 at the CRC UCCS Open… Ranks fifth in program history with that time… Had started her season with a time of 1:01.26 in the 400 meters at the Western Slope Challenge, her only attempt at that discipline throughout the brief campaign... Named to the RMAC All-Academic Honor Roll.
2020 Outdoor: Season canceled due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
2019-20 Indoor (Sophomore): Competed in six meets, including the RMAC Championships… Ran the 400 meters at each… Also ran the 60 and 200 meters once each and on the Mavs’ 4x400-meter relay team at three meets… Qualified for the conference meet in the 400 meters at the Western Colorado Open, which she won with a season-best time of 1:00.45 (59.87-converted)… Finished 13
th at the RMAC Championships in 1:00.63… Anchored the Mavs to a time of 3:58.29 in the 4x400-meter relay at the Don Kirby Elite Invitational, sixth fastest in program history… Also anchored the Mavs to a fifth place finish at the RMAC Championships… That quartet ran a time of 4:00.98…. Had times of 8.23 (60) and 27.09 (200) in her lone efforts at those disciplines... RMAC All-Academic Honor Roll selection.
2019 Outdoor (Freshman): Competed in four meets, contesting the heptathlon at two, including the RMAC Championships... Placed sixth with a career-best score of 4,120 points, good for the No. 4 position in school history and to earn Second Team All-RMAC honors... That mark was also seventh-best in the conference throughout the season... Also scored in the 4x400-meter relay as the Mavericks placed fifth in a time of 3:58.70... Set new career-bests of 26.86 (200) and 5.13m/16-10 (Long Jump) at the Mines Kit Mayer Invite (Apr. 13), a week after running on CMU's winning 4x400-meter relay team at the Don Kirby Tailwind Open... Helped the Mavs' to the No. 5 time (3:54.04) in program history on that day (Apr. 6)... Had other season-best efforts of 2:25.25 (800), 16.69 (100m Hurdles), 1.51m/4-11.5 (High Jump), 10.00m/32-9.75 (Shot Put) and 23.64m/77-7 (Javelin) throughout the season.
2018-19 Indoor (Freshman): Competed in six meets, including the RMAC Championships... Placed ninth in the pentathlon at the conference meet with 2,942 points after scoring 2,976 to qualify in her collegiate multi debut to place fourth at the Mines Division II Invite & Multi... Also ran on CMU's bronze-medal winning 4x400-meter relay team (3:59.72) at the conference championships... Ranks sixth in program history with those efforts.. Also ranks eighth in the 4x400-meter as a different quartet ran 3:58.68 at The Power 5 (Jan. 19)... Turned in three career-bests at the Adams State NCAA Qualifier on Feb. 8-9, posting marks of 10.42 (60m Hurdles), 4.79m/15-8.75 (Long Jump) and 2:28.08 (800) in a tune-up for the RMAC meet... Had other season-bests of 59.58 (400), 1.54m/5-0.5 (High Jump) and 9.97m/32-8.5 (Shot Put)... Ranks eighth in school-history for the 400... Ended the season ranked tenth on the RMACÂ performance lists with an altitude-adjusted score of 3,008 in the pentathlon.
Prep: Set PR's of 5-2 (HJ) and 37-3.5 (TJ) as a senior in 2018 for Mountain Vista HS Golden Eagles... Coached by Kelli Kunz... Qualified for the 5A State Championships in both events, taking seventh in the triple jump... Had finished third in the Continental League Championships, good for a third straight top-3 finish... Was a 3-time state qualifier in the triple jump... Was sixth in the league and 17th at state in the high jump as a senior... Was a 3-sport varsity athlete as a senior (volleyball, basketball, track & field).
Personal: Is majoring in public accounting... Would like to be a CPA or CFO... Daughter of Heidi and Todd Trichler... Brother is Jason... Enjoys reading and playing basketball, volleyball and table tennis..Â
