2025 Outdoor (Redshirt Senior): Competed in five meets, including the RMAC Championships… Competed in three events at the conference meet and throughout the season, placing seventh in the 400 meters, 16th in the 200 and on the Mavs’ fifth place 4x400-meter relay team… Set a season-best time of 57.29 seconds in the preliminary round of the 400 meters before running to a time of 57.66 in the finals… Had finished second with a time of 57.89 at the Maverick Invitational to qualify for the conference meet… Was tenth on the RMAC performers list with her altitude-adjusted time of 57.40 from the RMAC prelims… Set a career-best time of 25.27 seconds in the 200 at the Maverick Invitational before running to a time of 25.62 at the RMAC Championships… Ran the third leg on the Mavs’ 4x400-meter relay team that finished in 3:50.58 at the conference meet, the second fastest time in program history… Was also on the No. 4 ranking team that finished second at the Maverick Invitational in 3:51.47… Earned a spot on the RMAC Academic Honor Roll.

2024-25 Indoor (Redshirt Senior): Competed in six meets, including the RMAC Championships… Earned a second team all-conference honor in the pentathlon after registering a fourth place and season-best score of 3,213 points… Also placed ninth in the high jump at the conference meet with a season-best clearance of 1.54 meters (5-0.5) and ran a leg on the Mavs’ 4x400-meter relay team… Set a career-best of 9.46 seconds in the 60-meter hurdles during the RMAC Championship pentathlon… Also had a shot put season-best of 10.82 meters (35-6) and a season-best time of 2:29.97 in the 800 during that effort… Had a season-best long jump mark of 5.11 meters (16-9.25) during the Mines Alumni Classic at the start of the season… Set a season-best of 26.39 in the 200 at the Colorado Invitational and a 400-meter season-best of 59.14 in the Ichabod Invitational… Was ranked fifth on the RMAC’s season-long performance list in the pentathlon with her converted mark of 3,235 points from the RMAC Championships… Was also ranked tenth in the high jump, 18th in the 400 and 21st in the 60 Hurdles… Was named to the RMAC Academic Honor Roll.

2024 Outdoor (Redshirt Junior): Competed in four events, including the RMAC Championships… Finished 11th in the heptathlon at the conference meet with a season-best score of 3,703 points… Set career-bests of 16.42 seconds and 29.03 meters (95-3) in the 100-meter hurdles and javelin throw during her Maverick Invite & Multi performance… Had other season-best times of 25.77 (200) and 2:41.65 (800) at the RMAC Championships… Had other season-best marks of 1.55 meters (HJ), 4.91m (LJ) and 11.08m (SP)… Selected to the RMAC All-Academic Honor Roll.

2023-24 Indoor (Redshirt Junior): Competed in four meets, including the RMAC Championships… Set a career-best pentathlon score of 3,254 points at the Mines Winter Classic & Multi… Ranks seventh in CMU history with that NCAA provisional qualifying score… Went on to place eighth at the RMAC meet with a score of 2,999 points… Also helped the Mavs to a sixth place finish in the 4x400-meter relay… Had a season-best 60-meter hurdles time of 9.63 seconds during the RMAC heptathlon… Also set a career-best shot put performance of 11.29 meters (37-0.5) during the Mines multi… Had other season-bests of 2:30.54 (800), 1.50m (HJ) and 5.13m (LJ)… Went on to be named to the USTFCCCA All-Academic Team for the third straight year… Also named to the RMAC All-Academic Honor Roll.

2023 Outdoor (Junior): Redshirt season… Competed unattached in the heptathlon at the Maverick Invite… Scored a personal-best 4,310 points to finish fourth in a field of ten… Set former PR’s of 17.17 seconds and 10.59 meters (34-9) in the 100-meter hurdles and shot put.

2022-23 Indoor (Redshirt Sophomore): Competed in seven meets, including the RMAC and NCAA Division II National Championships as one of the most versatile women on the entire roster… Became an all-American, earning Second Team USTFCCCA honors thanks to a tenth place finish in the 4x400-meter relay team at the NCAA meet in Virginia Beach, Virginia… Helped the Mavs to a time of 3:48.24, fourth fastest in program history… Had also helped the Mavs qualify with a second-ranking time of 3:47.84 at the Minnesota State Massive Meet #2… … Earned USTFCCCA All-South Central Region honors thanks to that effort, which ranked third in the region and atop the RMAC season-long performance list at 3:44.86 with the track-size conversions… Had finished seventh in both that relay and the pentathlon at the RMAC Championships… Scored a season-high 3,130 points to do so… Set season-best marks of 10.38 seconds and 10.47 meters (34-4-25) in the 60-meter hurdles and shot put, respectively, during the pentathlon… Also had a season-best efforts of 1.60 meters (5-3) (high jump) and 2:30.67 (800 meters) during that pentathlon… Had other season-best marks of 5.06 meters (long jump), 26.77 (200) and 58.94 (400)… Named to the RMAC All-Academic Honor Roll... Earned a spot on the USTFCCCA All-Academic Team.

2022 Outdoor (Sophomore): Competed in six meets, contesting the heptathlon at two… Earned First Team All-RMAC honors in the heptathlon with a third place finish and career-best score of 4,272 points… Ranks eighth in program history with that mark, which also put her third on the season-long RMAC performers’ list… Had qualified for the conference meet by posting  a score of 4,013 points at the Bryan Clay Invitational… Also competed in the 400 meters, 4x400-meter relay and high jump during a very busy conference meet… Placed tenth in the 400 with a time of 58.26 seconds while taking 12th in the high jump with a clearance of 1.56 meters (5-1.25)… Helped the Mavs to a relay time of 3:54.27, which was good for sixth place and the No. 9 ranking time in program history… Had anchored the Mavs’ 4x400-meter relay team to a NCAA provisional qualifying time of 3:51.25, third fastest in program history, at the Colorado Invitational… Set season-best times of 25.62 (200) and 2:24.57 (800) during the Bryan Clay Invitational… Had a career-best 400-meter time of 57.26 at the Maverick Invite… Had a wind-aided season-best of 17.76 seconds in the 100-meter hurdles at the RMAC Championships… Contested the high jump at each of her six meets… Was very consistent clearing between 1.55 and 1.59 meters in each… Had her season-best of 1.59 (5-2.25) during the heptathlon portion of the RMAC Championships… Was the top finisher in that individual discipline… Also won the 200-meter race in a time of 25.93 seconds with an tailwind of 5.2 meters per second, well above the legal qualifying limit… Had a career-best long jump mark of 5.24 meters (17-2.25) at the RMAC Championships as well… Set season-best throwing marks of 9.48 meters (31-1.25) in the shot put an 28.53 meters (93-7) in the javelin throw as well... Selected to the USTFCCCA All-Academic Team... Was also named to the RMAC All-Academic Honor Roll.

2021-22 (Redshirt Freshman): Competed in six meets, including the RMAC Championships… Scored team points in three different events at the conference meet after not entering the pentathlon… Placed eighth in both the high jump and 400 meters as an individual before capping the meet as a member of CMU’s silver medal winning 4x400-meter relay team… Picked up Second Team All-RMAC honors as she and her teammates posted a time of 3:55.47 in the relay, ninth fastest in CMU history… Had also run on the No. 5 and 7 ranking relay teams at the Don Kirby Open & Elite (3:49.08) and Mel Tjeerdsma Classic (3:52.33) earlier in the season… Earned USTFCCCA All-South Central Region honors in that event thanks to the Don Kirby time… Contested ten different disciplines, including the pentathlon, as one of the most versatile athletes in the program… Ranked amongst the program’s top 10 all-time athletes in four of them… Set a career-best high jump mark of 1.66 meters (5-5.25) in the high jump at the Mines Winter Classic before clearing 1.61 meters (5-3.25) in what was her second best of seven total high jump competitions at the conference meet… Set a season-best time of 58.83 seconds in the 400-meter prelims at the conference meet to rank seventh in program history before taking eighth in the final at 1:00.35… Had run to a 200-meter time of 25.62 seconds at the Don Kirby Elite Invitational… Set other season-bests of 7.96 (60 meters), 2:35.16 (800), 4.64 meters (15-2.75) for the long jump and 8.91 meters (29-2.75) for the shot put… Scored 2,612 points in the pentathlon at the Mountaineer Open & Multi and was ranked 13th on the RMAC’s season-long performance list… Was also ranked seventh in the high jump and tenth in the 400 meters... Named to the RMAC All-Academic Honor Roll.

2021 Outdoor (Freshman): Competed in five meets, including the RMAC Championships and all three of CMU’s home meets… Qualified individually for the conference meet in both the 400 meters and high jump… Also ran on the Mavs’ relay teams placing second in the 4x100-meter and third in the 4x400… Earned Second Team All-RMAC honors in the 4x100 as the Mavs posted a time of 47.20 seconds… Helped the Mavs set a school-record time of 3:48.89 to win at the Maverick Sun Classic… Placed 11th in the 400-meter dash at the RMAC Championships after running season-best time of 57.72 seconds… Had a season-best clearance of 1.63 meters (5-4.25) in the high jump at the Mines Last Chance meet after placing 13th at the RMAC Championships with a mark of 1.54 meters (5-0.5)… Was ranked her seventh on the RMAC season-long performance list.
 
2021 Indoor (Freshman): Competed in four meets, contesting the high jump at each… Also ran the 400 meters twice… Qualified for the RMAC Championships in the high jump after clearing 1.65 meters (5-5) in her collegiate debut at the Western Slope Challenge, where she finished second behind school-record setting teammate Josie Coffey…  That clearance was also good enough to claim USTFCCCA All-South Central Region honors… Also finished fourth on the season-long RMAC performance list… Was unable to clear a height at the conference meet… Had a season-best 400-meter time of 1:01.01 in the Adams State Grizzly Open.

Prep: Was a 3-year state qualifier for the Skyline HS Falcons and Coach James Davis… Had her 2020 senior season canceled by COVID-19… Won the Tri-Valley League title in the 200 meters as a junior in 2019… Also was a part of six league-title relay teams throughout her career… Finished 10th in the 400 meters and 14th in the high jump at the 2019 4A state championships as a junior… Also helped the Falcons finish seventh in the sprint medley relay after they had won the Tri-Valley League title… Set a PR of 5-1 ½ in the high jump to finish second in that event at the Tri-Valley League meet and qualify for state (did not compete at state)… Also finished 10th in the 400 meters at the 2018 state meet while helping the Falcon relay teams to fifth (sprint medley), ninth (4x100) and tenth (4x400) place finishes… Also anchored all three of those relay teams to league titles… Received the team’s MVP female athlete award for being the highest point contributor in 2018… Was a part of the Falcons’ conference championship 4x100 and 4x200-meter relay teams as a freshman in 2017… Those squads went on to finish ninth (4x100) and 14th (4x200) at the state championships.

Club: Set PR’s of 12.97 (100), 26.47 (200) and 58.82 (400) during the 2019 summer AAU season… Finished 18th in the 400 at the AAU National Club Championships at the ESPN Wide World of Sports in Kissimmee, Florida with that 400-meter time... Also took ninth in the high jump at that meet… Finished 21st in the high jump and 68th in the 400 meters at the AAU Junior Olympic Games that summer.

Personal: Is majoring in exercise science… Hopes to go on to graduate school to earn a doctorate in physical therapy and to get an MBA so she can open her own practice and attached gym… Daughter of Frank and Colleen Lindauer… Has on older sister— Maddie… Enjoys hanging out with friends and family, hiking with her dog, working out/cross-fit and doing anything outdoors.

Why I Chose CMU: “I chose CMU because of the sense of community on campus and the awesome coaches! The girls on my visit made me feel welcome, and I knew I would love being a part of this team.”
