2024 Outdoor (Redshirt Sophomore): Ran the 3,000-meter steeplechase at four meets, including the RMAC Championships… Improved her time throughout the season, posting a season-best time of 12:02.23 at the conference meet to finish 15
th… Won the event in 12:04.65 at the Maverick Invite #2 to claim her first collegiate event win… Named to the RMAC All-Academic Honor Roll.
2023-24 Indoor (Redshirt Sophomore): Did not compete in any meets.
2023 Outdoor (Sophomore): Redshirt season.
2022-23 Indoor (Redshirt Freshman): Raced in three meets, posting career-best times of 5:43.82 and 11:13.07 in the mile and 3,000 meters, respectively… The mile time came during a third place finish at the Western Colorado Open… The 3K time came at the Mines Winter Classic & Multi… Named to the RMAC All-Academic Honor Roll.
2022 Outdoor (Freshman): Ran the 3,000-meter steeplechase in three meets, including the RMAC Championships… Ran to a time of 11:49.11 at the Maverick Invite #2, ranking second in CMU history… Was also ranked 10
th on the season-long performers list with her altitude-adjusted time of 11:33.47… Finished seventh at the RMAC Championships to score two team points… Had ran to a time of 11:52.69 at the conference meet.
2021-22 Indoor (Freshman): Redshirt season.
Prep: Earned 11 varsity letters as a multi-sport athletes during her 2017-21 career at Ralston Valley High School… Was a First Team 5A All-Jefferson County League cross country runner in 2018 and 2019… Earned second team honors as a freshman (2017) and senior (2020)… Was an Academic All-State athlete (2019-21)… Finished tenth at the 5A Region 3 Cross Country meet in 2020 after placing ninth at the Jeffco League Meet in 2019… Set track PRs of 5:32.23 (1600) and 12:13.52 (3200) while placing fourth and sixth at the 2019 Jeffco League meet on the track.
Personal: Is majoring in nursing… Daughter of Brady and Katie Meeks… Has one sister— Brooke… Plans on receiving a BSN while at CMU… Plans on continuing onto graduate school to become either a CRNA or other type of specialized nurse… Enjoys playing basketball.
