2025 Outdoor (Redshirt Freshman): Named to the RMAC Academic Honor Roll… Competed in four meets, including the RMAC Championships… Ran the 400-meter hurdles in each, placing amongst the top five twice… Also contested the high jump on two occasions and ran on one 4x400-meter relay team… Set a season-best time of 1:04.59 in the hurdles to place 12
th at the conference meet… Ranks seventh in program history with that time… Cleared 1.47 meters (4-9.75) in both high jump efforts, taking fifth at the Chuck Hearing Classic.
2024-25 Indoor (Redshirt Freshman): RMAC Academic Honor Roll selection… Competed in four meets, qualifying for the RMAC Championships in the high jump… Placed tenth with a clearance of 1.49 meters (4-10.5)… Had qualified thanks to a season-best effort of 1.51 meters (4-11.5) at the RMAC Last Chance Qualifier the week earlier… Was ranked 15
th on the RMAC season-long performance list… Placed third at that meet… Also ran three difference disciplines throughout the season, posting season-best times of 10.49 (60 Hurdles), 27.59 (200) and 1:02.41 (400).
2024 Outdoor (Freshman): Redshirt season… Competed unattached at the Maverick Invite & Multi, recording times of 27.55 and 1:00.78 in the 200 and 400 meters, respectively… Also competed unattached at the Maverick Invite #2, finishing the 400 hurdles in 1:07.69 while recording a high jump mark of 1.54 meters (5-0.5).
2023-24 Indoor (Freshman): Redshirt season.
Prep: 2023 graduate of Palisade High School… Coached by Jill Reetz, wife of CMU Assistant Coach Tim Reetz… Was a 3-year state qualifier for the Bulldogs… Finished 11
th in the 300 hurdles and 12
th in the high jump as a senior… Finished second in both those at the Western Slope League Championships that year… Set a PR of 47.83 seconds in the 300 meter hurdles at the league championships… Had placed fifth in the high jump at the 2022 state meet, with a PR mark of 5-1… Was a relay qualifier as a sophomore in 2021.
Personal: Is majoring in biology… Wants to become a physician’s assistant and specifically be in surgeries… Daughter of Kember Parks and Eric Langner… Has one older sister— Hailey…  Loves to go hiking, reading, spending time with family and friends and running.
