2019-20 Indoor (Senior): Contested the triple jump at four meets, including the RMAC Championships… Turned in a season-best mark of 10.58 meters (34-8.5) to finish 15th… Had qualified by setting a mark of 10.40 meters (34-1.5) a week earlier at the Western Colorado Alumni Open (Feb. 21)… Finished a season-best third at that meet... RMAC All-Academic Honor Roll selection.

2019 Outdoor (Junior): Contested the triple jump at three meets, including the RMAC Championships... Had a season-best of 10.85 meters (35-7.25) in her season debut at the Don Kirby Tailwind Open on Apr. 6... Finished 14th at the conference meet with a mark of 10.68(w) meters (35-0.5).. RMAC All-Academic Honor Roll pick.

2018-19 Indoor (Junior): Competed in four meets, contesting the triple jump at each... Also competed in the 200 meters and 4x400-meter relay at the season-opening Western Colorado Open, posting a time of 27.57 in the 200... Won the triple jump at the Adams State NCAA Qualifier before setting a season and indoor-career best mark of 10.67 meters (35-0.25) to place second a week later at the Western Colorado Alumni Open (Feb. 16)... Is ranked tenth in program history with that mark... Named to the RMAC All-Academic Honor Roll.

2018 Outdoor (Sophomore): Competed in five meets, contesting the 100, 200 and 400 as well as the triple jump and the 4X400-meter relay... Finished 12th at the RMAC Championships in the triple jump with a career-best mark of 10.93m (35-10.5), fifth best in program history... Also took 21st in the 400 after qualifying with a career-best time of 1:01.15 to take second at the Western/GHS Combined Invite... Placed sixth at the RMAC Championships in the 4X400-meter relay... Other season-bests were 12.97 (100) and 27.05 (200)... RMAC All-Academic Honor Roll pick.

2017-18 Indoor (Sophomore): Competed in four meets, contesting the triple jump in each... Had a season-best mark of 10.57m (34-8.25) to place second at the Western Alumni Open... Qualified for the RMAC Championships with that effort... Finished 15th at the conference meet... Also ran the 200 meters twice... Ran a season-best 27.74 at the Weber State Winter Open... RMAC All-Academic Honor Roll selection.

2017 Outdoor (Freshman): Competed in the triple jump at five meets...Posted a season-best of 10.21m (33-6) at the CSU-Pueblo Open.

2016-17 Indoor (Freshman): Contested the triple jump at four meets...Posted a season-best of 10.27m (33-8.5) to take 14th at the RMAC Championships.

Prep: Won the 4X400-meter relay state title and state the Wyoming all-time state record (3:56.72) while competing for the Rock Springs HS Tigers and Coach Brad DeKrey... Was a 4-time all-conference track athlete... Also earned two all-conference honors in golf and a second team plaudit in basketball... Earned 12 combined sports letters... Member of the school's National Honor Socieity.

Personal: Daughter of Jay and Lanette Kroupa... Twin-sister Lyndzie is also a member of the Maverick squad... Is majoring in exercise science and is pursuing a career as an occupational therapist... Enjoys golfing, hiking and spending time with her family and dog.
