2019-20 Indoor (Senior): Competed in six meets, including the RMAC Championships… Contested the 60-meter hurdles at each… Also ran the 200 meters once… Finished sixth at the RMAC meet in the hurdles with a time of 9.12 seconds, equal to her season-best… Had also finished in 9.12 to take fifth place at the UCCS Invitational on Dec. 14… Had won the event at the Western Colorado Open on Feb. 21 in 9.21 seconds… Was ranked 10
th on the RMAC’s final performers’ list with her altitude-adjusted mark of 9.16 seconds… Posted a time of 28.85 in the 200 in her lone attempt at that discipline at the UCCS Invitational... RMAC All-Academic Honor Roll selection.
2019 Outdoor (Redshirt Sophomore): Competed in the 100-meter hurdles at four meets, including the RMAC Championships... Ran a career-best time of 14.96 seconds in the preliminary round at that meet to qualify for the finals, where she finished sixth in 15.17 seconds... Was ranked tenth on the RMAC's season-long performance list with her altitude-adjusted time of 15.00 seconds... Named to the RMAC All-Academic Honor Roll.
2018-19 Indoor (Junior): Competed in the 60-meter hurdles at four meets, posting a personal-best time of 9.00 seconds at the season-opening Western Colorado Open on Dec. 1... Is ranked fifth in program history with that mark... Finished eighth on the RMAC's season-long performance list with her altitude-adjusted time of 9.04... Won the event at the Colorado Running Company UCCS Invite a week later... Finished ninth at the RMAC Championships... Also ran a leg on a 4x400-meter relay team at the Western Colorado Open... Named to the RMAC All-Academic Honor Roll.
2018 Outdoor (Sophomore): Redshirt season.
2017-18 Indoor (Sophomore): Competed in four meets, running only the 60-meter hurdles... Recorded a season-best time of 9.03 seconds to take fifth at the RMAC Championships... Earned Second Team All-RMACÂ plaudits for the effort... RMACÂ All-Academic Honor Roll selection.
2017 Outdoor (Freshman): Competed in six meets... Ran season-bests of 13.25 in the 100, 28.25 in the 200, 15.51 in the 100 hurdles and 1:12.11 in the 400 hurdles.... Took 12th in the 100m hurdles and 23rd in the 100m dash at the RMAC Championships.
2016-17 Indoor (Freshman): Competed in four meets...Ran a season-best time of 9.53 seconds in the 60 hurdles, her lone discipline of the season... Took 14th in that event at the RMAC Championships.
Prep: Helped the Rock Springs HS Tigers, coached by Brad Dekrey, win the 4X400-meter relay state championship... Holds the Wyoming all-time state record time of 3:56.72... Was a 2-time all-state and 4-time all-conference track and field athlete... Also earned all-state and all-conference honors in golf... Was an 11-time letter-winner in golf, basketball and track... Qualified in four events for the state track meet in each of her four high school seasons... Was named as the school's best female athlete in the 2016 graduation class.
Personal: Daughter of Jay and Lanette Kroupa... Twin-sister Makenzie is also a member of the Maverick squad... Majoring in secondary history education with plans of becoming a high school history teacher and coach... Enjoys golfing, hiking and paddle boarding.
