Aspires to go on to medical school, potentially for a number of career paths including surgery or forensic pathology... Would eventually like to work in a teaching hospital as a professor, to complete research as well as practice medicine... Enjoys spending time in the great outdoors hiking, swimming, and skiing. I also enjoy drinking coffee, drawing, and spending time with my family and dogs."

Why I Chose CMU: "I chose CMU for its location, people and programs. I loved the outdoor opportunities around Grand Junction and the change of landscape from the front range. The people on my visit were very welcoming and also seemed to enjoy the area and had similar interests. We were also given a tour by actual professors, who discussed all the opportunities in science through the college and surrounding businesses."
