2025 Outdoor (Redshirt Junior): Contested the long and triple jumps in four different meets, including the RMAC Championships… Had a season-best long jump mark at 5.40 meters (17-8.75) to place second at the Maverick Invitational… Set a season-best triple jump mark of 10.80 meters (35-5.25) at the Dr. Dan Caprioglio Early Bird… Placed ninth in the long jump at the RMAC Championships with a mark of 5.34 meters (17-6.25)… Fouled on her triple jump attempts… Was ranked 14th in the triple jump and 17th in the long jump on the RMAC’s season-long performers list… Named to the RMAC Academic Honor Roll.

2024-25 Indoor (Senior): Competed in six meets, including the RMAC Championships… Set a career-best triple jump mark of 10.88 meters (35-8.5) to take second place at the ASU Qualifier #2… Had a long jump career-best of 5.49 meters (18-0.25) a week later at the Mines Winter Classic & Multi, finishing fourth… Finished 12th in the triple jump at the RMAC Championships with an effort of 10.83 meters (35-6.5)… Took 13th in the long jump with a leap of 5.30 meters (17-4.75)… Finished 13th in the long jump and 15th in the triple jump on the RMAC’s season-long performers lists… Earned a spot on the RMAC Academic Honor Roll.

2024 Outdoor (Redshirt Sophomore): Competed in four meets, including the RMAC Championships… Contested the long jump at each, turning in a season-best mark of 5.39 meters (17-8.25) at the Maverick Invite #2… Took 19th at the conference championships with a leap of 5.12 meters (16-9.75.)… Named to the RMAC All-Academic Honor Roll.

2023-24 Indoor (Junior): Competed in four meets, including the RMAC Championships… Contested the long jump at each while also making appearances in the triple jump and 60 meters… Had a season-best long jump effort of 5.48 meters (17-11.75) at the Colorado Running Company Pre-Holiday Invite & Multi… Took tenth at the conference meet with a mark of 5.17 meters (16-11.5)… Had a season-best triple jump effort of 10.54 meters (34-7) and a time of 8.50 seconds in her lone 60-meter effort… Selected to the RMAC All-Academic Honor Roll.

2023 Outdoor (Redshirt Freshman): Competed in four meets, including the RMAC Championships… Qualified for the conference meet in both the long and triple jumps… Placed 13th in the long jump after posting a season-best mark of 5.45 meters (17-10.75) at the Maverick Invite, finishing in second place… Also set a season-best triple jump mark of 10.74 meters (35-3) at the home meet… Fouled on all of her RMAC Championship attempts at the conference meet.

2022-23 Indoor (Sophomore): Competed in four meets, contesting the long jump at each… Qualified for the RMAC Championships with a season-best mark of 5.35 meters (17-6.75) before winning that event at the Western Colorado Open… Finished 14th at the RMAC Championships with a leap of 4.81 meters (15-9.5)… Had a triple jump effort of 10.29 meters (33-9.25) at the Western Colorado Alumni Open … Ran the 60 meters in 8.42 seconds at her lone attempt at that discipline during the Western Colorado Open.

2022 Outdoor (Freshman): Redshirt season.

2021-22 Indoor (Freshman): Competed in the 60 meters and long jump at the Western Colorado Open, her lone meet of the season… Posted marks of 8.37 seconds and 4.98 meters (16-4.25).

Prep: 2021 graduate of Roaring Fork High School… Coached by Ryan Erickson... Qualified for the state meet in both the long jump and 200 meters as a senior for the Rams… Finished fourth in the long jump and 13th in the 200… Had five long jump wins during the 2021 campaign, including taking the Western Slope League title… Also won the 100 at the Demon Invitational and the 200 at the Eagle Valley Invitational… Had qualified for state in the 100, 200 and long jump as a sophomore in 2019 as well before having her 2020 junior campaign wiped out by COVID… Has PR marks of 13.08 (100), 26.86 (200) and 17-1 (Long Jump).

Personal: Is majoring in political science… Would like to influence public policy or work in government… Daughter of Laura and Tim Nieslanik… Has two older siblings— Shea and Tanner.

Why I Chose CMU: “I loved the campus, coaches, and team atmosphere and I liked how it was close to home."
