2025 Outdoor (Senior): Earned a spot on the RMAC Academic Honor Roll… Ran in four meets, including the RMAC Championships… Placed 11th in the 400-meter hurdles at the conference meet, running to a time of 1:04.29… Had set a career-best time of 1:03.78 to finish third at the Maverick Invitational… Ranks fourth in program history with that time… Was also ranked tenth on the RMAC’s season-long performers list with the altitude-adjusted time of 1:03.89… Had a career-best time of 26.21 seconds in the 200 at the Dr. Dan Caprioglio Early Bird, the season-opening meet… Also posted a time of 59.30 in the 400 at that meet… Ran on two 4x400-meter relay teams, including the Mavs’ RMAC Championship squad… Helped the Mavs finish fifth in 3:50.58, the second fastest time in program history.

2024-25 Indoor (Senior): Named to the RMAC Academic Honor Roll… Competed in six meets, including the RMAC Championships… Helped set a school-record time of 12:09.89 in the distance medley relay at the Ichabod Invitational… Also ran the 400-meter leg on the Mavs’ RMAC Championship DMR team that placed seventh in 12:31.77, the third fastest in program history and a season-best 12:07.50 with altitude and track size conversions… Also placed 11th in the 400 meters at the conference meet with a time of 59.67… Had qualified thanks to a career-best time of 59.10 at the Ichabod Invitational… Ranks tenth in program history with that time… Had a season-best time of 26.52 seconds in the 200 at the Colorado Invitational… Ran the 60 meters for the first time in her career at the Mountaineer Open, finishing in 8.24 seconds.

2024 Outdoor (Junior): Competed in three meets, running the 400-meter hurdles at each… Had a season-best time of 1:06.12 at the RMAC Championships to finish 14th… Ran the 200 meters at the Maverick Invite & Multi, finishing her only attempt at that discipline in 27.95 seconds… Named to the RMAC All-Academic Honor Roll.

2023-24 Indoor (Junior): Ran the 200 and 400 meters at the Mountaineer Open in December, her lone meet of the season… Posted times of 27.74 and 1:02.23, respectively… Named to the RMAC All-Academic Honor Roll.

2023 Outdoor (Sophomore): Competed in each of the Mavs’ first four meets, including the RMAC Championships… Ran the 400-meter hurdles in each, taking tenth at the conference meet in 1:06.51 after running a career-best time of 1:05.72 to take third at the Maverick Invite… Was ranked tenth on the conference’s season-long performance list with her altitude-adjusted time of 1:05.83… Also helped the Mavs score in the 4x400-meter relay at the RMAC Championships with a seventh place time of 3:55.36, 12th fastest in program history… Selected to the RMAC All-Academic Honor Roll.

2022-23 Indoor (Sophomore): Competed in each of the Mavs’ first three meets of the season… Ran the 400 meters at each, posting a season-best time of 1:04.38 at the Mountaineer Open & Multi… Ran the 200 twice, posting a season-best time of 28.17 seconds at the Wes Lavong Open… Named to the RMAC All-Academic Honor Roll.

2022 Outdoor (Freshman): Competed in five meets, contesting the 400-meter hurdles at each of the first four… Posted a season-best time of 1:07.27 to place tenth at the RMAC Championships… Attempted the 200 and 400-meter dashes at the Maverick Top Gun Last Chance Meet, posting times of 27.34 seconds and 1:02.45.

2021-22 Indoor (Freshman): Ran the 400 meters at two meets… Posted a season-best time of 1:04.83 at the Western Colorado Alumni Open.

Prep: 4-time 3A Utah State qualifier in hurdling, long sprint and relay events for the Union High School Cougars… Coached by Levi Wise… Graduated from the school in 2021... Finished fifth in the 400-meter dash and sixth in the 300-meter hurdles as the 2021 meet as a senior with PR times of 1:01.77 (400) and 47.72 (300 Hurdles)… Also helped the Cougars place third in the 4x400-meter relay… Part of the team’s school-record setting quartet in that event… Named as an academic all-region performer in 2021 and was a part of the presidency of National Honors Society.

Prep:  Is majoring in exercise science… Aspires to become a physical therapist specializing in inpatient care… Enjoys volleyball, hiking, camping and boating… Daughter of Desiree and Heath Williams… Has a younger sister— Abbey.

Why I Chose CMU: “CMU is close to home and has both the academic and athletic programs that I was looking for.  I feel like I would grow to be a better athlete and student by coming to CMU.”
