2025 Outdoor (Redshirt Junior): Earned a spot on the RMAC Academic Honor Roll… Ran in four meets, including the RMAC Championships… Finished 11
th in the 10K with a season-best time of 38:06.82, a mark that puts her sixth in program history… Had run that event for the first time in her career at the Mines Kit Mayer Classic, posting a sixth place time of 38:47.49… Ran the 1,500 meters in a career-best time of 4:55.45 at the Maverick Invitational.. Posted a time of 18:32.81 in her lone 5K run of the season at the Chuck Haering Classic.
2024-25 Indoor (Redshirt Junior): Named to the RMAC Academic Honor Roll… Ran in five meets, including the RMAC Championships… Set program top 10 marks in four different disciplines… Had four top-5 finishes… Placed 14
th in the 5K with a time of 18:46.47… Had qualified thanks to a career-best and third place time of 17:42.62 at the Ichabod Invitational… Ranks fourth in program history with that time… Also set a career-best time of 5:21.27 in the mile at that meet to rank eighth in CMU history… Set a career-best time of 10:24.66 in the 3K at the Nevada Invitational & Multi… Ranks fifth in program history with that time… Helped the Mavs set a time of 12:43.53 in the distance medley relay at that meet as well, sixth fastest in program history.
2024 Outdoor (Redshirt Sophomore): Did not compete in any meets.
2023-24 Indoor (Redshirt Sophomore): Did not compete in any meets.
2022-23 (Sophomore): Redshirted during both the indoor and outdoor seasons.
2022 Outdoor (Freshman): Competed in all three of the Mavs’ home meets… Had season-best times of 2:33.13 (800), 5:04.69 (1500) and 19:40.48 (5K)… Won the 1500 at the Maverick Top Gun Last Chance Meet with that time.
2021-22 Indoor (Freshman): Competed in three meets, including the RMAC Championships… Posted a season-best time of 11:19.06 in the 3K to finish 14
th at the RMAC Championships… Also ran the anchor mile leg on CMU’s distance medley relay team that finished tenth in a time of 13:22.36… Had run to a time of 5:42.12 in the mile at the Western Colorado Alumni Open a week earlier.
Prep: 2021 graduate of Prairie High School in Cedar Rapids… Qualified for the Iowa State championships in three straight years (2018-20), placing 16
th as a sophomore in 2018… Also finished 39
th at the Nike Cross Nationals Heartland Region meet that year before taking 108
th in 2019… Had placed 24
th as a freshman with a XC PR time of 19:08… Has track PRs of 5:14 (1500) and 10:59.01 (3K).
Personal: Is majoring in exercise science… Daughter of Jay and
Darsha White… Sister Jenna plays soccer at Grandview University… Younger brother is Jensen.
