As a Junior (2010-2011): RMAC All-Academic Honor Roll...Ran a season best 19:15.29 in the 5000m at the Jack Christensen Invitational and had a season best 11:23.28 in the 3000m at the University of Colorado Invitational.
As a Sophomore (2009-2010): RMAC All-Academic Honor Roll…Competed in the RMAC Outdoor Championships in the 5000m Run.
As a Freshman (2008-2009): Placed 7th in the 5000m at the Spank Blasing Invite…Placed 5th in the 5000m at the Rob Upton Invitational.
At Ft. Collins High School: Four-year letterwinner in both cross country and track…2nd Team All-State…Regional Champions…FCA…Spanish Club…Academic CHSAA Award.
Personal: Daughter of Karen and Kevin Follett…Sister Katie runs cross country and track at the University of Washington…Chose CMU for its location…Has a cat, Milo, who fetches…Enjoys fishing, camping, and backpacking.
