2025 Outdoor (Junior): Competed in five meets, including the RMAC Championships… Contested both the heptathlon and shot put at the conference meet… Placed fifth in the heptathlon with a season-best score of 4,138 points to earn Second Team All-RMAC honors… Also placed 14th in the shot put with a season-best of 11.89 meters (39-0.25)… Set other season-best marks of 26.87 (200), 2:34.15 (800) and 1.40 meters (4-7) (High Jump) during the RMAC heptathlon… Set-season bests of 31.06 meters (101-11) and 5.14 meters (16-10.5) in the javelin throw and long jump during the Dr. Dan Caprioglio Early Bird… Also set a season-best time of 15.32 seconds in the 100 hurdles at that meet… Competed in the triple jump for the only time of the year at the Franson Last Chance Meet at the end of the season, recording a mark of 11.03 meters (36-2.25)… Was ranked amongst the RMAC’s top 20 athletes in four different events, sitting seventh in the heptathlon, 11th in the triple jump, 16th in the 100 Hurdles and 20th in the shot put… Named to the RMAC Academic Honor Roll... Went on to earn a spot on the College Sports Communicators Academic All-District® Cross Country/Track & Field Team.

2024-25 Indoor (Junior): Competed in six meets, including the RMAC Championships… Claimed First Team All-RMAC honors and the silver medal in the pentathlon after scoring 3,376 points, her highest score of three pentathlon efforts throughout the season… Was ranked third on the RMAC’s season-long performance list and 40th nationally with the converted NCAA Provisional qualifying score of 3,398… Earned USTFCCCA All-Region honors as one of the South Central Region’s top five performers throughout the season… Also qualified for and placed 17th with a throw of 11.34 meters (37-2.5) in the shot put at the conference meet… Was ranked 12th on the season-long performance list with a season-best of 12.21 meters (40-0.75) during the Mines Alumni Classic pentathlon… Won the Mines Winter Classic & Multi pentathlon with a score of 3,249 points… Claimed three wins at the ASU Qualifier meets on Jan. 24 and 25… Set season-best jumps of 1.49 meters (4-10.5) and 5.26 meters (17-3.25) in the high and long jumps during the RMAC Championship pentathlon… Also capped that performance with a season-best 800 time of 2:29.82 to win that portion of the event… Set a season-best time of 9.25 seconds in the 60 Hurdles… Was ranked 14th on the RMAC season-long performance list with the altitude-adjusted time of 9.27… Named to the RMAC Academic Honor Roll... Earned a spot on the USTFCCCA All-Academic Team for the second straight year.

2024 Outdoor (Sophomore): Competed in six meets, including the RMAC Championships and two last chance meets… Set a career-best heptathlon score of 4,872 points to place second and win the silver medal and First Team All-RMAC honors at the conference championships… Set four separate career-best marks during the heptathlon… Ranks second in program history with that NCAA provisional qualifying heptathlon score that put her second on the RMAC season-long performance list and 31st on the national list … Set personal-best times of 15.08 (100 Hurdles), 26.76 (200) and 2:21.01 (800) during the RMAC Championships… Also had a long jump career-best of 5.54 meters (18-2.25)… Also competed in the open shot put during the RMAC Championships, placing 11th with a throw of 12.42 meters (40-9)… Had earlier set a career-best of 12.45 meters (40-10.25) during a heptathlon win at the Maverick Invite & Multi… Ranks fifth in CMU history with that mark… Set a javelin throw career-best of 34.86 meters (114-4) at the Maverick Invite #2 to stand eighth in CMU history… Had a season-best high jump mark of 1.55 meters (5-1.25)… Contested the triple jump for the only time of the year at the Cal State LA Very, Very Last Chance Meet, turning in a mark of 10.56 meters (34-7.75)... Earned a spot on the USTFCCCA All-Academic Team... Also named to the RMAC All-Academic Honor Roll.

2023-24 Indoor (Sophomore): Competed in five meets, including the RMAC Championships… Won the conference title, the first of her career, in the pentathlon with a score of 3,533 points… Earned First Team All-RMAC honors… Scored more than 3,500 points in all three of her pentathlons… Scored a season-best 3,615 at the Mines Winter Classic & Multi to rank second in program history… Was ranked second on the RMAC season-long performers list and 19th nationally with her converted NCAA provisional qualifying score of 3,647…Had a long jump effort of 5.52 meters (18-1.5) at the Mines Winter Classic to be in a No. 10 tie on the program’s performers’ list… Had a shot put mark of 11.96 meters (39-3) during the RMAC Championships… Had a 800-meter time of 2:22.70 at the Colorado Running Company Pre-Holiday Invite & Multi… Had other career-bests of 9.21 (60m Hurdles) and 1.56 meters (5-1.25) (High Jump) at the CRC meet as well... Named to the RMAC All-Academic Honor Roll.

2023 Outdoor (Freshman): Competed in four meets, including the RMAC Championships… Qualified in both the triple jump and heptathlon… Claimed Second Team All-RMAC honors in the heptathlon with a sixth place finish and score of 4,264 points… Had a slightly higher score of 4,277 en-route to a fifth place finish at the Maverick Invite…  Ranked sixth on the RMAC’s season-long performers list... Was ranked amongst the RMAC’s top 20 athletes in five different disciplines… Set season-best marks in all seven heptathlon disciplines between those meets… Had a 100-meter hurdle time of 15.83 seconds and a 200-meter time of 26.80 at the RMAC meet… Also had a high jump clearance of 1.49 meters (4-10.5) there… Had an 800-meter best of 2:23.44 to cap her Maverick Invite performance… Also set season-bests of 10.16 meters (33-4) in the shot put, 5.18 meters (17-0) in the long jump and 26.26 meters (86-2) in the javelin throw at the Maverick Invite… Placed 12th in the triple jump at the RMAC meet with a season-best of 10.72 meters (35-2) after qualifying with a mark of 10.70 (35-1.25) at the Maverick Invite.

2022-23 Indoor (Freshman): Competed in four meets, including the RMAC Championships… Contested the pentathlon at three of those meets, posting a season-best score of 3,164 points to finish sixth and earn Second Team All-RMAC honors at the conference meet… Was eighth on the RMAC’s season-long performers list with her track-size and altitude adjusted score of 3,186… Also qualified for the conference meet in the triple jump, placing 14th with a score of 10.44 meters (34-3) after placing second with a season-best mark of 11.31 meters (37-1.25) at the Western Colorado Open… Ranks seventh in program history and was sixth on the RMAC’s season-long performers list with that mark… Had other season-best marks of 8.42 (60m Dash), 9.62 (60m Hurdles), 1.51 meters (4-11.5) (high jump), 9.64 meters (31-7.5) (shot put) and 5.16 meters (16-11.25) (long jump) and 2:27.59 (800).

Prep: 2022 graduate of Cheyenne Central High School… Coached by Brad Pickett… Was a member of three indoor and three outdoor state championship teams… Was an all-state performer in both 2021 and 2022… Won the 2022 indoor state title in the triple jump with a PR mark of 35-9.5… Finished second in the triple jump, sixth in the long jump and eighth in the 100-meter hurdles at the 2022 state outdoor meet… Placed third in both the triple jump and 100-meter hurdles while taking fourth in the long jump as a junior in 2021… Placed in the top six in four different events at the 2021 state indoor meet, finishing second in the long jump… Has outdoor PRs of 15.89 (100 hurdles), 17-3 (long jump), 37-2.75 (triple jump) and indoor PRs of 7.55 (55), 8.93 (55 Hurdles), 18-1 (long jump).

Personal: Is majoring in exercise science… Wants to become a pediatric physical therapist… Enjoys tennis, hiking and camping… Chose CMU for the track and field program.
