2026 Outdoor (Redshirt Sophomore): Named to the RMAC All-Academic Honor Roll… Also selected to the CSC Academic All-District Cross Country/Track & Field Team and to the USTFCCCA All-Academic Team… Ran in four meets, contesting the 1,500 meters and 5K… Set career-best times of 4:35.83 and 17:05.80 in those events at the Bryan Clay Invitational… Ranks fifth in CMU history for the 5K and sixth for the 1,500… Earned Second Team All-RMAC honors with a sixth place time of 17:51.04 in the 5K at the RMAC Championships.
2025-26 Indoor (Redshirt Sophomore): Ran in five meets, specializing in the 800 meters and distance medley relay… Finished fifth in the DMR at the conference meet with a time of 12:14.13 after helping the Mavs set a school-record and NCAA provisional qualifying time of 11:48.60 at the GVSU Big Meet-Saturday… Had a career-best 800 time of 2:15.93 at the GVSU Big Meet-Friday… Ranks second in program history with that time… Placed 13t at the RMAC Championships in 2:22.99… Set a mile time of 5:15.18 to rank eighth in CMU history at the Colorado Classic… Named to the RMAC All-Academic Honor Roll.
2025 Outdoor (Redshirt Freshman): Named to the RMAC Academic Honor Roll… Competed in four meets… Qualified for the RMAC Championships in the 800 meters, placing 16
th in 2:21.29… Had qualified thanks to a season-best mark of 2:19.63 at the Chuck Haering Classic… Sits tenth in CMU history with that time… Ran the 1,500 meters in 4:56.24 at the Dr. Dan Caprioglio Early Bird in her lone attempt at that distance.
2024-25 Indoor (Redshirt Freshman): Ran in three meets… Ran the 800-meter leg on the Mavs’ school-record smashing distance medley relay team at the Ichabod Invitational… Helped the team to a the former record time of 12:09.89… Also helped the Mavs to a seventh place time of 12:31.77, fifth fastest in program history, at the RMAC Championships… Also ran in the individual 800 meters on two occasions… Set a season-best time of 2:20.73 at the Ichabod Invitational… Ranks seventh in school history with that time… Named to the RMAC Academic Honor Roll.
2024-Outdoor (Freshman): Redshirt season… Competed unattached at the Maverick Invite #2… Ran the 800 meters in 2:33.85 at that meet.
2023-24 Indoor (Freshman): Redshirt season.
Prep: 2023 graduate of Highlands Ranch High School where she ran for the Falcons and coaches Jeff Bliven and Meg Chase… Was a 4-year varsity runner and 4-year scholar-athlete… Served as the team captain during her senior year, winning the Falcon Award… Set a 5K XC PR of 20:46.6 as a senior at the Liberty Bell Invitational… Went on to place 46
th at the Continental League Championships and 65
th at the 5A Region 2 meet… Set an 800-meter track PR of 2:25.06 at the Continental League Championships to finish eighth.
Personal: Is majoring in exercise science… Hopes to go into a physical therapy… Daughter of Jerry and Kristi Staniszewski… Has a younger sister named Natalie… Enjoys running, skiing, hiking, biking and painting.
