2025 Outdoor (Sophomore): Earned a spot on the RMAC Academic Honor Roll… Ran the 400-meter hurdles in all four meets that she contested… Set a season-best time of 1:07.27 at the Maverick Invitational… Qualified for the RMAC Championships with that effort… Went on to place 17th with a time of 1:08.70… Was ranked 16th on the season-long conference performance list with a converted time of 1:07.38.

2024-25 Indoor (Sophomore): Named to the RMAC Academic Honor Roll… Ran in four meets, contesting three different disciplines… Had a season-best times of 8.32 (60) and 28.10 (200) at the Mountaineer Open… Had a season-best of 1:03.53 at the Big Red Machine Open to finish fifth.

2024 Outdoor (Freshman): Ran in four meets, including the RMAC Championships… Contested the 400-meter hurdles at each… Had a season-best time of 1:07.32 at the Maverick Invite #2, which allowed her to qualify for the conference meet, where she finished 16th in 1:08.60.

2023-24 Indoor (Freshman): Ran in three meets, all of which were at Western Colorado… Had season-best times of 8.33 (60), 27.69 (200) and 1:03.43 (400).

Prep: 2023 graduate of Sedgwick County High School… Named as the Sedgwick County Female Track Athlete of the Year…. Was a 3-year multiple-event state qualifier… Finished third in the 300-meter hurdles and the 4x400-meter relay as a senior in 2023… Also took second in the 4x100-meter relay and fifth in the 100 that season… Set PR times of 13.47 (100), 27.38 (200), 1:00.40 (400), 16.35 (100 Hurdles) and 45.45 (400 Hurdles) that season… Claimed a dozen individual event wins throughout the season, taking both hurdling events at the LPAA league meet… Took third at the state championships in the 4x100-meter relay and 100-meter hurdles as a junior in 2022… Also took fourth in the 300 hurdles and 4x400 relay that year… Had finished fifth in the 100 hurdles and 4x200 relay as a sophomore in 2021 while taking seventh in the 300 hurdles… Her freshman season was canceled by COVID… Was an all-conference and academic all-state performer in each of her three seasons.

Personal: Is majoring in exercise science… Wants to become a physical therapist or an athletic trainer… Daughter of Daniela and Benjamin Fowler… Has on older brother— Kaleb… Loves to hang with friends and family, going to Lake McConaughy, shopping and going to concerts, especially Taylor Swift.

Why I Chose CMU: “I chose CMU because I absolutely love the campus. I love waking up and seeing something other than corn fields. I was born here in Grand Junction and my grandparents and parents attended CMU, so I feel like it was my calling.
