Biography

Prep: 2025 graduate of Natrona County High School… Was a 2-time all-state (2023, 2025) and 4-time all-conference (2022-25) performer for the Becky Sondag coached Fillies… Was the team’s MVP as a senior… Took second at the 4A state meet in the 300 meter hurdles and fourth in the 400 meter dash as a senior in 2025… Set PR times of 44.73 and 58.29 at that meet… Finished sixth in the triple jump and 200 while taking eighth at the 2024 state meet as a junior… Set PR times of 12.89 and 25.84 in the 100 and 200 that season… Was also the Fillies’ MVP in volleyball twice (2023, 2024) earning all=-conference honors in both of those years… Also picked up all-state honors in volleyball in the fall of 2024… Also earned all-conference honors in basketball as a senior.

Personal: Is majoring in marketing and finance… Aspires to become a marketing or finance consultant, which she hopes will allow her to build connections and open up new career paths… Daughter of Amy and Brian Costello… Has an older sister— Allie… Likes to be outside and hang out with friends… Also likes to play the piano and guitar.

Why I Chose CMU: “I chose CMU because the team was welcoming and I liked the coaches’ philosophies. I could see myself thriving academically at CMU and in Grand Junction.”
