2026 Outdoor (Redshirt Senior): Voted on to the First Team Academic All-RMAC unit… Also selected for CSC Academic All-District honors and was named to the USTFCCCA All-Academic Team… Ran in six meets, racing the 800 and 1,500-meter events… Had a season-best 800 time of 2:12.81 at the Bryan Clay Invitational… Went on to finish fifth and earn Second Team All-RMAC honors with a time of 2:14.15 at the RMAC Championships… Was ranked tenth on the season-long conference performance list… Set a career-best time of 4:31.36 in the 1,500 meters to close out her career at the APU Franson Last Chance Meet.

2025-26 Indoor (Redshirt Senior: Voted on to the First Team Academic All-RMAC squad… Ran in six meets, including the RMAC Championships… Set a season-best time of 2:14.95 in the 800 meters at the New Mexico Team Open… Went on to earn Second Team All-RMAC honors with a fourth place finish at the RMAC Championships (2:16.80)… Was ranked eighth on the RMAC’s season long performance list with her converted time of 2:13.32 at the conference meet… Helped the Mavs set the school record in the distance medley relay with a time of 11:48.60 at the GVSU Big Meet-Saturday… That time was a NCAA provisional qualifying time as well… Also a part of the Mavs’ RMAC Championship meet team that finished fifth in 12:14.13, third fastest in CMU history… Posted a mile time of 5:16.78 at the Colorado Classic.

2025 Outdoor (Redshirt Junior): Made CMU history as the first ever Maverick to medal in the 800 meters at the RMAC Championships… Claimed the silver medal and First Team All-RMAC honors with her second place time of 2:14.33… Ran in six meets in total, contesting the 800 at five of them… Set a season-best time of 2:11.53 in her first attempt of the year at the Chuck Haering Classic… Was ranked sixth on the RMAC season-long list and 47th nationally with the altitude-adjusted NCAA provisional mark of 2:10.83... Ran to a 1,500-meter season-best time of 4:35.35 at the Franson Last Chance meet hosted by Azusa Pacific… Was 19th on the RMAC performance list with a faster altitude-adjusted time of 4:32.43 at the Dr. Dan Caprioglio Early Bird… Was voted on to the First Team RMAC All-Academic Team... Also named to the USTFCCCA All-Academic Team... Was selected to the College Sports Communicators Academic All-District Team for the second straight year.

2024-25 Indoor (Redshirt Junior): Broke her own indoor school record in the 800 meters three times, ultimately establishing the new mark of 2:12.30 with a second place finish at the Ichabod Invitational… Went on to run a faster altitude and track-size adjusted time of 2:10.62 at the RMAC Championships to place fourth and earn Second Team All-RMAC honors… Was ranked fifth in the RMAC and 32nd nationally on the season-long performers list with that mark… Won the 800 meters in her first two efforts, breaking her own record for the first time of the season at the Mountaineer Open in 2:14.53… Also won at the Nevada Invitational before breaking her record for the second time in 2:13.04 at the Colorado Invitational… Set a career-best mile time of 5:08.22 at the Nevada meet to rank third in program history… That was her lone attempt at that distance… Helped the Mavs win the 4x400-meter relay at the Mountaineer Open before helping the Mavs to a distance medley relay time of 12:43.53 at Nevada, eighth fastest in program history… Also ran on the Mavs’ 4x400-meter relay team at the Ichabod Invitational, helping the Mavs to a time of 3:47.97, the third fastest in Maverick history… Named to the RMAC Academic Honor Roll.

2024 Outdoor (Redshirt Sophomore): Competed in five meets during a breakout season… Ran the 800 meters at each, breaking the school-record in her final three meets… Capped the year with a NCAA provisional qualifying time of 2:09.79 at Cal State LA’s Very Last, Last Chance Meet… Was ranked 31st on the national list with that time… Also ranked ninth on the RMAC performance list… Had earlier run a time of 2:11.87 to place fourth and earn Second Team All-RMAC honors at the RMAC Championships… Had set a then school-record time of 2:11.32 in the preliminary round before lowering the record to 2:10.27 at the Azusa Pacific Franson Last Chance Meet… Also ran the 1500 meters for the first time in her Maverick career at the Maverick Invite #2, posting a time of 4:50.72.. Earned a spot on the USTFCCCA All-Academic Team... Also named to the RMAC All-Academic Honor Roll.

2023-24 Indoor (Redshirt Sophomore): Competed in three meets, including the RMAC Championships… Ran the 800 meters at each… Set the former CMU school-record with a time of 2:16.05 at the conference meet to score a team point with an eighth place finish… Her converted time of 2:14.06 was an NCAA provisional qualifying mark… Also helped the Mavs place sixth in the 4x400-meter relay at the RMAC Championships with a time of 4:00.60... Named to the RMAC All-Academic Honor Roll.

2022-23 (Sophomore): Redshirted during both the indoor and outdoor seasons.

2022 Outdoor (Freshman): Competed in two early season meets… Ran the 800 meters in 2:17.78 at the Maverick Invite #1... Contested the 400 meters at the Colorado Invitational a week later… Ran to a time of 1:01.50.

2021-22 Indoor (Freshman): Ran in four meets, contesting the 800 meters in three… Also ran two distance medley relays… Had a season-best time of 2:23.20 in the 800 at the Don Kirby Open & Elite before winning the 800 at the Western Colorado Alumni Open in 2:24.85… Ran the opening 1,200-meter leg on the Mav DMR teams at the RMAC Championships… Helped the team place 11th in 13:22.36.

Prep: 2021 graduate of Homer High School… Was a 3-time Alaska State runner-up in the 800 meters while running for the Mariners… Had a PR of 2:26… Also helped the Mariners win the state title in the 4x400-meter relay as a senior… Has a PR of 5:37 in the 1600 and 19:54 in the 5K… Finished 15th at the 2019 Alaska State XC Championships in 2019 after taking ninth in 2018  and fourth in 2017.

Personal: Is majoring in nursing… Aspires to continue her education after her nursing degree to study anesthesia and become a nurse anesthetist… Daughter of Dan & Sarah Miller… Has one younger sibling—Beau.

Why I Chose CMU: “I chose CMU because of the location and because it had my major and I also loved the campus and I have the opportunity to run track.”
