2016-17: Indoor: Did not compete. Outdoor: Finished 21st in the triple jump at the NCAA Div. II Outdoor Track and Field National Championships...All-RMAC Academic Honor Roll...Earned All-RMAC first-team honors in the triple jump (39-7.75) with a runner-up finish at the RMAC Championships...Earned All-RMAC second-team honors in the 400 hurdles with a sixth place finish (1:03.90) at the RMAC Championships...Competed in eight meets...Member of 4x400 relay that set the school-record with a time of 3:52.53...Ran season-bests of 1:03.90 in the 400 hurdles and jumped a school-record 40-8.75 in the triple jump. 

2015-16: Indoor: RMAC Academic Honor Roll...Finished second in the triple jump (38-11), sixth in the pentathlon (3,318 points) and seventh in the 4x400 (4:00.41) at the RMAC Championships. Outdoor: RMAC Academic Honor Roll...Finished 15th in the triple jump (39-8.75) at the NCAA Div. II Championships...Won the triple jump at the RMAC Championships...Finished fourth in the 4x100 (47.93), sixth in the 400 hurdles (1:03.96) and eighth in the 4x400 (4:02.23)...Set school-records in the triple jump (40-1.5) and 400 hurdles (1:02.02).

2014-15: Indoor:Finished second in the triple jump and fifth in the 4x400 at the RMAC Championships...Posted a season-best mark of 39-3 in the triple jump...Outdoor: Did not compete. 

Previous School: Ran for the Hornets of Sacramento State…Qualified for the Big Sky Outdoor Championships in the long jump and triple jump…Scored a 3303 in the pentathalon at the Big Sky Championships.
 
High School: Ran at Chandler High School…Two-time State runner up in the triple jump…Won the State Championship in the 4x400m relay…Ran the 400m and 300 hurdles with personal bests of 58.25 and 44.63 respectively.
 
Personal: Born on August 1, 1993…Majoring in Kinesiology…Daughter of Kari and George Sterling…Has three siblings, Dillon (22), Santana (18) and Levi (18)…Brother Dillon plays football at Fort Lewis…Chose CMU for the academic and athletic opportunities…Aspires to become a physical therapist.
