2019 Outdoor (Redshirt Sophomore): Did not compete.

2018-19 Indoor (Redshirt Sophomore): Ran the 60-meter hurdles at two meets... Posted a career-best time of 9.38 seconds to finish seventh in that event at the Western Colorado Open on Dec. 1... Just missed out on a spot in the RMAC Championships with the altitude-converted mark of 9.42 seconds... RMAC All-Academic Honor Roll pick.

2018 Outdoor (Redshirt Freshman): Competed in five meets, including the RMAC Championships... Placed fifth in the 100-meter hurdles at that meet with a season-best time of 14.98 seconds... Earned Second Team All-RMAC honors for that effort... Other season-bests were 13.07 (100) and 27.58 (200)... RMAC All-Academic Honor Roll pick.

2017-18 Indoor (Redshirt Freshman): Competed in four meets, turning in season-best times of 9.39 (60 Hurdles), 9.00 (55 Hurdles) and 28.27 (200)... Qualified for the RMAC Championships in the 60-meter hurdles... Ranks ninth on CMU's all-time performers list in that event... RMAC All-Academic Honor Roll selection.

2016-17 (Freshman): Redshirted during both the indoor and outdoor seasons after enrolling at CMU for the 2017 spring semester.

Prep: Earned 15 state medals and four state titles during her career with the Coal Ridge HS Titans, coached by Ben Kirk... Was a 2-time all-state performer in the hurdles and relays and is a member of the 3A 4X400-meter state record holding team...

Personal: Majoring in accounting with aspirations of becoming a CPA... Parents are Ann West, Jim Quintana and Lonnie Bowles.. Older brother Andy was a standout member of the CMU men's track & field team, prior to his 2019 graduation... Enjoys basketball, volleyball, hiking, biking and arts and crafts... Member of the National Society of Leadership and Success.

Why I Chose CMU: "I wanted to follow in my brother's footsteps and continue my track career into college with him."
