2016-17: Indoor: All-RMAC Academic First-Team...Earned All-RMAC second-team honors in the 400 with a fifth place finish (59.00) at the RMAC Championships...Competed in five meets...Ran season-bests of 8.29 in the 60, 26.27 in te 200 and 58.12 in the 400. Outdoor: All-RMAC Academic Honor Roll...Competed in six meets...Member of the 4x400 relay that set a school-record with a time of 3:52.53...Finished eighth in the 400 (58.02) at the RMAC Outdoor Championships...Ran season-bests of 12.83 in the 100, 25.65 in the 200 and 57.72 in the 400. 

2015-16: Indoor: Finished seventh in the 4x400 (4:00.41) and ninth in the 400 (58.95) at the RMAC Championships...Ran season-bests in the 200 (26.62) and 400 (58.87). Outdoor: Finished fourth in the 4x100 (47.93), fifth in the 400 (57.33), eighth in the 4x400 (4:02.23) and 11th in the 200 (25.80) at the RMAC Championships...Set personal-bests in the 100 (12.65), 200 (25.80) and 400 (57.33). 

2014-15: Indoor: Finished fourth in the 400, fifth in the 4x400 and sixth in the distance medley relay at the RMAC Championships...Posted season-bests of 8.23 in the 60, 26.94 in the 200, 58.33 in the 400 and 2:23.57 in the 800...Outdoor: Finished fourth in the 4x100, seventh in the 400 and 10th in the 4x400 at the RMAC Championships...Set school record of 46.81 in the 4x100 relay...Posted season-bests of 12.87 in the 100, 26.27 in the 200, 57.62 and 4-9.5 in the high jump.

High School: Ran for the Demons of Glenwood Springs High School and Coach Blake Risner…All-Western Slope League selection.
