Redshirt Sophomore (2021-22): Went 5-4 official doubles matches… All were in the No. 3 position with five different partners… Paired with Julianna Campos for a solid 4-1 mark… Won her only official singles match, defeating Malaya Pendon of CSU Pueblo on Apr. 9… Also played numerous exhibition matches… Selected to the Academic All-PacWest Team and as an ITA Scholar-Athlete for the second straight year..

Redshirt Freshman (2021): Posted a 7-12 singles and 12-6 doubles record… Led the team in doubles winning percentage (.667)… Went 8-5 with her primary partner Julianna Campos at No. 3 doubles… Also went a combined 4-1 at No. 2 doubles with three other partners… Was 2-0 with Carolena Campos, 1-0 with Halle Romero and 1-1 with Issy Coman… Played most of her singles matches at No. 5, going 5-9 in that flight… Was 1-0 at No. 3 and 1-3 at No. 4 as well… Named as an ITA Scholar-Athlete and to the Academic All-Pac West team.

Redshirt Freshman (2019-20): Finished the season with 7-8 singles and 4-8 doubles records... Posted a 4-5 singles records in team matches, going 3-5 at No. 6 and 1-0 in her lone No. 5 single start... Was also 3-3 in individual tournaments... Teamed with Carolena Campos in doubles... The duo went 3-5 at No. 3 doubles and 1-3 in tournament action.

Freshman (2018-19): Redshirt season.

Prep: Was the 2017 5A State Champion at No. 3 singles for the Kristi Brethauer coached Heritage HS Eagles... Had placed fourth at state in the same flight in 2016... Was a 2-time regional champion (2016-17) and a 3-time First Team All-Continental League selection (2016-18) at No. 3 singles... Earned four varsity letters... Was also a 3-year letterwinner in cross country.

Personal: Is majoring in nursing... Plans to graduate with a BSN and a minor in exercise science before finishing her academic career with PA school or nurse practicioner training... Daughter of Mark and Erika Thomas... Has one sister (Kristen)... Loves to spend free time hanging out with friends or doing any kind of outdoor activities.  Says she is always up for an adventure to learn something new.

Why I Chose CMU: "I mainly chose CMU for tennis, but they also have an amazing nursing program and I've never felt so at home away from home."
